Our bathroom products are manufactured by leading European manufacturers and quality tested to meet or exceed European product standards. Our bathroom products are covered by extensive manufacturer warranties.
Bathroom accessories - 5 year warranty
Tapware - 5 year warranty
Vitreous China products (Washbasins and Toilets) - 5 year warranty
Toilet seats - 2 year warranty
Bathroom Cabinets - 2 year warranty
Mirrors - 2 year warranty
Magnifying Mirrors - 2 year replacement warranty
Washers and other consumable parts - 1 year warranty
We will replace, repair or refund faulty merchandise.
These warranties are in addition to consumer rights under New Zealand Law.
WARNING
These warranties cover faults in manufacture only. Normal wear, abuse or faulty installation are not covered.
We supply only professional quality bathroomware. Installation should be carried out by a qualified installer. We accept no liability for damaged caused by or to our products, or their incorrect operation, due to faulty installation or incorrect water supply conditions.
TAPWARE
Please note that our tapware is only recommended for installation where water pressures are equal on both the hot and cold sides of the water supply. Minimum operating pressure 100Kpa. Out tapware must have an in-line filter or strainer installed to prevent grit damage to the mixer's ceramic washers.
WHEN MAKING A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring we will repair, replace or refund the faulty article. This policy does not include the removal or reinstallation of the article.
1. Once you are aware of a fault please contact us by email.
Include a your original invoice number, date of purchase and your daytime contact details.
Include a picture of the fault if possible.
2. A return number will be issued to you and in consultation with you we will decide on the best course of action.
Returns without a return number will not necessarily be processed.
